No, I am basing it on common sense and being conscious to the world and frequent crane accidents, especially one that large and unstable. So you are basing them being liability on one incident that happened 25 years ago?
Crane accidents are not actually that frequent. I’m not sure why you think this one is unstable. No, I am basing it on common sense and being conscious to the world and frequent crane accidents, especially one that large and unstable.

Somehow, they’ve spent like 3 years building some rides with cranes on site during hurricane season. Not finding many collapses or fatalities. I presume construction companies in Florida know how to construct safely in Florida.
Call me when Disney hires a Vermont construction company that doesn’t build much in wind.
