I fear the Epcot reimagining suffered the same way TBA has - too many cooks in the kitchen.Either too much thought by too many people or not enough.

Well, yes so true. Design by committeeEither too much thought by too many people or not enough.
I wanted to know who on the committee voted for that ugly rust (finish?) all over World celebration that's coming off on folks clothing!!!Either too much thought by too many people or not enough.
Advanced planning and executed perfectly: rock around the restroom. They nailed it.

I always thought it would be used as an ambient musician platform to provide atmosphere for the area around the "beer garden". Didn't think it was for Zumba classes. The lack of height for that stage seems like a big mistake.
The ability to view what's going on on it, especially for shorter people and young ones is going to be very difficult.
Seems they didn't think about that.
Yes they know that now, but they had already bulldozed the old building before they came to their senses. That was my thought. The old building south of the breezeway had spaces for guests to sit and a Mickey M&G. Could have just left that building, gutted it, and reconfigured the space.
Moving to the new Play Pavilion in 2027!You’re being really unfair. It’s “Pluto’s Cornhole and Daisy’s Four-in-a-Row Family Gametime Magic Adventure”.
AwesomeThis is what the On Stage kitchens look like currently

No one thought about the use of this space when a festival isn’t happening?Awesome
FTFYMoving to the new Play Pavilion in20272037!
Isn't this to replace the fountain view stage? So the gospel choir, art defying gravity, etc?Weird. Originally, the whole purpose of this (I thought…) was that they’d move the festival concerts here, have tons of open space for people to come and go from the music, have some food, stop by the beer garden, etc.
Now, I’m not sure what the purpose is. The spine feels like another “too many cooks in the kitchen” project with no overarching vision.
That was certainly how they sold it since the reveal of CH. It was never meant to be a major entertainment destination.Isn't this to replace the fountain view stage? So the gospel choir, art defying gravity, etc?
Both with the primary direction being towards Imagination.Does the stage face towards the new hub or towards Imagination? Seems awkward if it's the latter (in terms of adding life to the central hub).
If it faced the hub overflow crowds would block the hub. Plus you wouldn't see spaceship earth behind the stageDoes the stage face towards the new hub or towards Imagination? Seems awkward if it's the latter (in terms of adding life to the central hub).
