I think it's more an indicator that they're less broken than before, but still brokenIt’s not what it’s “supposed” to look like. My assumption is that they’re working through replacing them and/or figuring out the programming problem, but they’re still in “obfuscation mode” where they just activate in a semi-random pattern until the kinks are worked out.
No, I believe we were told that Disney would never do anything about it at all...But we were told the light could never even turn on again without the plaza being ripped out…
