That's really sad that the center ground lights aren't working. I have to imagine they are working on it? Maybe when everything opens, they will be fixed.
Doesn't it seem like portions of Communicore Hall's lighting are ALREADY not functioning? It really looks like there are some panels not lighting when they are supposed to.
That's nice
Amazing.
A while ago in this thread people were mentioning not having the fountain anymore loses kinetic energy in the area.
Is it just me, or doesn't the lighting package all around with the always changing/moving lights (to the music) add so much kinetic energy to the area?
You are right lolYes.....at night
Maybe when they break up the ground to fix the broken floor lights they can run some plumbing?Actually in the video the central planter looked awfully dark and non kinetic... Flashing lights can do something, but the sound of water, the visual is not the same as video walls and flashing color-changing lights....
a central core fountain would have brought something wonderful to the heart of World whatever-its-called....Maybe at some point in the future.....
I assume some is already in place for sprinklers within the planters, but whether or not what's there could support a fountain is another issue entirely. Also, I doubt they have to break up ground to fix the floor lights.Maybe when they break up the ground to fix the broken floor lights they can run some plumbing?
Did TWDC buy a LED lighting company?Amazing.

Of course, a fountain with a lighting package in it as well would be very nice, but I don't feel like what we have here now with the lights can't still do the trick.
I can't wait for this whole area to be open.
I hope part of the testing includes power washingThey are testing it. I would expect things like that during testing.
I’m sure they are! They likely turned them all off until they can get them working again together instead of having random ones out. I’d guess they’d want it back up and running by the time Communicore Hall opens, but only time will tell! That's really sad that the center ground lights aren't working. LED lighting does not provide “kinetic energy”. IMHO.
