It was supposed to have opened by the end of 2023, probably in time for FARTS as the concept art of the inside showed Festival of the Arts content. With no mention of it in the Flower of Garden parks blog, it's likely not going to open until Food and Wine at the earliest as it needs to open alongside a festival to serve its purpose:

They are tired, a rocky grounded central park is hard terrain energy and the result is bleh than what was once a fountain of nations epcot unique environment

Heavily themed might even be overselling it. It's a gently curved building with some triangles on the side.

But fully agreed that this is taking longer than it should. Especially since the existing facility they tore down could have been modified into something serving the same purpose instead of demolishing it.

Even ignoring that, it's been like 18 months since they started building this from a cleared site. It's absolutely absurd.

I thought the reason to tear it down was one half for giving proper space for where the festival building would go and the other for the JOW space... when they went canceled the two story festival building was it when it was already torn down apart I think so!

Just a thought, but even though toilet paper and baby formula are readily available now, perhaps supply chain issues for relatively some of the less common materials being used for this are still an issue?
