Unpopular opinion: As I’ve been walking around old future world and listening the to music loop, it sounds like the “in memorium” music played during awards shows. It is totally low energy, like someone died.
I'm going to have to agree with you because like a lot of modern new age - ish music it's quite boring if it just continues on and on.

There's an obstinato arpeggio with just one or two Melody licks and that gets repeated over and over and over and over again.

It would work as one track amidst other types of music like the previous Epcot Loop which had music from different sources. So if the composer can't create different tracks that are distinctive from one another then get other composers or pull in other material so that it's not just all the same.

Are we sure it's actually broken and that it's not being replaced? I had the impression that the ones on the far ends were temporary because they hung off the side and terminated abruptly. That said, they shouldn't have removed it without having a replacement ready, so maybe it is legitimately broken. It just looked a bit off to me from the start.

Feature enhancement for an additional upcharge opportunity.

What the hell is an "Activation Alcove"? 🙄
it’s quite literally a non subtle reference to a place to engage social media and marketing.

Social activation occurs when fans and followers directly participate in the activities your brand lays out, such as contests, coupon redemption, and photo and experience sharing.

Along those lines they could have named Connections, “money reallocation center”. It’s insidious development strategies run by complete morons.
