They were better in several ways. Ideal? No. But still better.Lol, sure
like these were so much better...
You’re entitled to you opinion but I have to disagree. And considering you haven’t seen them in person and are basing your opinion on photos that do not properly represent their current appearance you don’t exactly have an informed opinion. They were better in several ways. Ideal? No. But still better.

They do not hinder night vision. Don’t base your opinion on these photos.Yes. Lighting should not block the vistas around the park. These new ones seem like they would do just that. Not to mention hindering night vision.
I like the design but not the placement. Better used on pathways near parking or bus stops. IMO.
I have decades of experience with lighting... I understand it plenty. These lights fail in every single way except for providing light - which they do - but in all the wrong ways. Here's a sampler:You’re entitled to you opinion but I have to disagree. They do not hamper night vision and are not nearly as bright as you think or these photos depict. You can’t judge them regarding their sight lines and surroundings as all of that will be changing. They don’t spill light any differently than numerous other lights and lampposts around the park.I have decades of experience with lighting... I understand it plenty. These lights fail in every single way except for providing light - which they do - but in all the wrong ways. Here's a sampler:
- They hamper night vision, forcing your pupils to dilate.
- They spill light everywhere, even where not intended.
- They ruin all sense of atmospheric lighting.
- They will be overexposed in every single photo.
- They are the wrong color temperature for the night.
- They do not blend in with their surroundings.
- They are too tall and affect sight lines.
They were. They illuminated pathways and lower torsos which was the idea.
No they weren't. Those tarps have been gone since late 2017.Some of the tarp panels have also been removed. And probably not because of Nestor.
They should put a giant spider on them until Halloween.
Lift the fake floor off the track, reconnect the track, ????, profit! How hard would it be to convert the figment/dream finder ride back to its organized length? Have the original track layout?
Yes.Is the plan to open some of the announced rides, before moving onto the land / seas / Imagination, where update announcements have been none existent?
Sounds like an easy way to bring a new attraction without the cost. How long was the ride in the original attraction?Lift the fake floor off the track, reconnect the track, ????, profit!
