Think about this hard: What are the 3 best restaurants In WDW?
Please give me some feedback based on your personal experiences. We like everything except chinese (nothing against it, but i have just lost my taste for things that are only have dead and half cooked). Any opinion is appreciated greatly. Thanks!

#1 California Grill - great overall restaurant, fantastic view, exciting open kitchen

#2 Citricos/Flying Fish Cafe/Jiko - innovative gourmet cuisine, reminds me of eating in NYC/San Fran/Boston

#3 Artist Point/Yachtsman Steakhouse/Palio - very good overall restaurants, not spectacular or extraordinary, but always very good

*But, never been to V&A's...

Le Cellier in the Canadian pavillion, I love the pretzel bread they put on the table and the steaks there are great.

Primetime in MGM is tons of fun and the food is great, love the pork chops and smores.

Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast, love the fried cheese danish.

1. California Grill

2. Biergarten

3. Hoop de doo Revue (this is more of a dining experience but, it is a wonderful show and great all you can eat food)

These are my favorites-my son and my wife would both have different lists.

Le Cellier

Rose and Crown

Coral Reef

Do you know how hard it is to choose just three???

The Whispering Canyon Cafe in the WL (breakfast is the best)
Restaurant Marrakesh in Moracco... usually for the Chef's special (very yummy and affordable)
The Concourse Steakhouse in the Contemporary... good food and atmosphere

Also try The Liberty Tree Tavern for the all you can eat Character dinner and the Hoop Dee Do Review. :slurp:

Remind me not to get my chinese from the same place you do!

For my Family it would be:

1. Crystal Palace for Breakfast - Happens every trip

2. Whispering Canyon Cafe for Breakfast

3. Chefs De France

1. Narcoose's (at grand floridian, don't know if i spelt it right)
2. Jiko
3. Victoria and Albert's

All of these have great food and atmosphere. I think CA Grill is overrated, the food is ok the atmosphere is not very good. If you want to see the fireworks while you eat, go to Narcoose's.

in no particular order...

1. polynesian louau (sp)? - put it this way, my wife HATES meat, she ate 4 of their delicious ribs. great food and show... and I danced with the ladies in the show :king:

2. Cinderella's Castle - great food, great atmosphere, great service

3. Earl of Sandwich - Downtown Disney. Sandwiches so good you'll be at home 6 months later cursing your local subway for their "unimaginative ingredients and blah yellow decor". try it if you're on a budget!

Favorite breakfast: 1900 Park Fare. I can't get enough of that strawberry soup. And characters to boot!

Favorite nice dinner: Yachtsman. Can't afford it for every trip, but we try to enjoy it once a year.

Favorite "you can only find something like this at Disney World": 50's Prime Time Cafe. The food can be perfect one day and not so good the next, but the atmosphere makes this a restaurant we visit every trip. And we usually get the same waiter somehow. His name escapes me right now, but he is GREAT!

For Chinese food, Sun Yat is a big no-no! :hurl:
We were looking at the menu for cali grill and (gasp) nothing interested me or my family. I can't even pronounce some of the stuff. Thanks for all your suggestions. Just out of curiousity, has anyone tried Alfredos of Rome in the Italy pavilion at epcot or Mama Melroses? If so, which one is better? We LOVE Italian food. Thanks.

You will find good and bad reports on both of those restaurants. We like Mama Melrose. I hear Tony's Towne Square is very good also.

In no particular order:

1. 'Ohana. I've been there a few times, and the food has been nothing less than awesome.

2. SCi-Fi Dine In. I LOVE the atmosphere, but it's about time they change the movie they play in there!

3. 50's Prime Time Cafe. I've never had a dull time here! Too bad I always forget the color of the soap in the bathroom!

I wasnt into either one. I found Alfredo's very lacking and rather pricey to boot. A far better restaurant in World Showcase is Le Cellier.
Mama Melrose I also didnt like because of the wood burning ovens the smoke from there seemed to get into EVERYTHING!!!!!! Definitely not my thing.
For Italian I will second the suggestion of Tony's Town Square. Althoguh as I live in NYC, and was raised Italian, I can be pretty picky about my Italian food!!!!
As far as restaurants, in no particular order for breakfast Id say Boma, Boatwrights, and Crystal Palace.
Dinner is the 50's Prime Time Cafe, Le Cellier, and CCinderella's Castle for sheer ambiance. Belle
