World showcase is awesome at night!
It suprisingly dark. I'm actually surprised how dark they allow it to be between the countries.
You'd think they would get complaints. But I love it! Sets a great mood as you move from land to land.

Tomorrowland - on the PeopleMover especially, taking in the kinetic motion and colored lights, moving just quickly enough to put a breeze in your hair.

Frontierland riverfront - just walking along to the gentle banjo musc, the lit up Liberty Belle sailing by, the old-fashioned stores bustling

World Showcase - at my last visit to Epcot, EMH kept the park open til 3am, and we stayed the whole time. At around 2am, Showcase was almost completely deserted, so we got to take in all of the countries virtually by ourselves. Magical :)

I really can't choose-Everywhere at Disney is a million times better once the sun goes down. Disney After Dark has always been my favorite.

Courtyard, All of Big Thunder Mountain, Jungle Cruise, Mission Space Planetary Plaza, Test Track, Japan, Pixar Place, Sunset Blvd., Tower of Terror, RNR line, Streets of America, Muppets Courtyard, Dinoland U.S.A., Serka Zong, and all of Expedition Everest of course.

I love going around animal kingdom at night. I love the mushroom looking lights with the light up stained glass covered holes around the sides. I am going to try to make one because I bet anything like that is a good couple hundred $'s. Does anyone have any idea on how to make one. I am thinking carving a styrofoam mold out and making it out of fiberglass in all different sections.

A vote for World Showcase here. I find night time is the best time to attempt the Gran Fiesta Challenge. This is when you buy a margarita outside from the San Angel Cantina and then smuggle it onto Gran Fiesta Tour. You have to finish the ENTIRE margarita by the time the ride is over. Good luck. :D

Splash Mountain after dark is just amazing,... Looking out across the park at the peak of the ride sends a chill up my spine every time!

I like World showcase at night... more specifically, I like walking through WS after the fireworks. Wherever I am to watch Illuminations -- usually on the Canada side -- I like to take a slow walk in the opposite direction to avoid the crowds. I'm not in a hurry to leave. I mean, those people who battle/cause the huge crowds to get out fast... where are they going?

This a challenge I'm going to have to take on.

I plumped for Innoventions, meaning outside in the area around The Fountain of Nations with SSE lit up and the footpaths with the LED lights, I think the whole area looks cool.:)

I love Main Street at night. All the lights and with the castle in the background, it's something I look forward to on every trip.

World Showcase is a close second.

Epcot is easily my favorite park in WDW. HOWEVER, for the purposes of voting for a particular best location after dark, I had to go with Frontierland. I love the Old West theme in darkness---with the music lightly playing in the background as the lantern lights flicker softly. Specifically, I like the area in front of the Country Bear Jamboree---but I also enjoy the Splash Mountain courtyard within sight of Big Thunder.

Awww---who am I kidding?----I LOVE World Showcase too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:animwink:

I can't believe how many people got this wrong! The correct answer was Tomorrowland....specifically from atop the Astro Orbiter

I've done that... but it was back when it was El Rio de Tiempo, so it might have been easier. Nobody rode that ride back then, so it was easy to get the margaritas on board. My friends and I sang along with the some the whole ride.

I'm in! I once bought a small bottle of Tequila from one of the little Kiosks inside Mexico and proceeded in taking shots with my partner in crime (Best friend). All in all the ride seemed so much more festive! Cha cha cha!
