Yay! I finally saw it in a theater!!!

So we sat down 3 rows from the back....then a Hispanic family sat behind us speaking to each other in Spanish much louder than was necessary for people in the front row to hear them, their small child started screaming, & they snapped flash pics of each other in the (almost) dark. Hubby leans over to me and says,"Babe! It's just like being at WDW!"

The little pre-feature short, Tangled Ever After, totally rocked!!! Loved it!!!

I saw it yesterday, too - loved it! But had a similar experience - the woman sitting beside me spoke the words and sang all the songs along with the movie - just a mite irritating.

But, I really enjoyed seeing the film on the big screen - I didn't see it in theaters when it was first released. So much more detail that you miss when it's played on TV.

And the Tangled short - hilarious!

Not gonna lie, my boyfriend and I sat there and sang along to the whole show (actually, my boyfriend whispered every line of the movie in my ear... oh sweet music). The whole theater was singing along, especially the little girl behind us.

I think I cried during at least half of the movie.

I'm seeing it tonight! Can't wait!

When I saw Lion King in 3D...I cried like 4 times. Fiance was like "um we have this at home -you've seen it a million times!" But it was just something about seeing it on the big screen again. And when it first started - a group of teens were laughing and talking during Circle of Life...I go to Bill "are you kidding me?" and he's like "Let's move" so we did. Because I'll be damned if anyone is gonna ruin a movie I paid $10 to see that I already have on DVD!

I didn't see it in the theater the first go around either. I was living in a town that had no theater. The closest one was over 1/2 hour away and only had 1 screen. :lookaroun I had certain scenes in mind that I thought would kick butt on the big screen and they did! The 3D I could've done without. We aren't fans of 3D.

Oh they quieted down pretty quick. It was just so funny in the moment. I'll never forget it!

A group of teens in front of us were singing some but now much. Tracey & I both were totally hamming it up mouthing the words to Gaston's song. We love that song!

But why did they cut the song & scene for "Human Again?" Time contraints, maybe?

Prob'ly because it wasn't part of the original theatrical release. Or to save a buck. I was curious when it was approaching that part if it'd be there.

that's funny!

I know, right?!

I don't know, but I think them taking it back out bothered me more than when they put it back in.

Yeah. When they added it back it was like "Bonus!" Then when they took it back out it was like "Hey! You shorted it!"

At the end of the movie Tracey said, "Well, we finally saw it on the big screen together." I thought I was gonna cry! So sweet! BatB is our movie even tho it came out the year before we met.

I hear ya on having a movie ruined after paying so much to see it. Tickets alone were like $40 for us...then concessions were another $40. This is why we don't go to the movies very much. Just too much $$. Generally we wait for stuff to come out to Blu-Ray.

EEEKK it was amazing. Cried through most of it. I don't know what it was - but it was just awesome to see it on the big screen.

During "Be Our Guest" when the champagne pops at the end - reminded me of PhilharMagic =

I love Disney movies.

I've had the 3D BluRay since October but it was really cool to see it on the big screen! I haven't seen it in theaters since I was a kid in the 90s!! I think it's amazing how they can take a classic movie and make it into a new exciting experience, I'm really looking forward to Little Mermaid in 3D!

They could totally lose the 3D and I'd still pay to go see movies I never got to see before on the big screen. They should do limited re-releases to the big screen from time to time. A couple years ago there was a special 1 show only of 'Wizard of Oz' on the big screen locally. The show was completely sold-out. My inlaws, my brother-in-law & his family, and my family all went together to see it. The 4 teens with us looooved it!

When the champagne pops went off it was like something was missing when I didn't get any sprinkles or air puffs.
