Bands will stop me

As I said in one of the other tin-foil hat wearing malcontent threads, I hope the promises to stop going to WDW will also be extended to this forum. But I'm sure they will still go, whine the whole time, come back here and whine, and then generate another crisis as the reason for the end of the "world."

You are a delight. As always.

That out of everything, the wrist bands are the "final straw" of wanting to leave. Rather than just carrying it on you, or something of the sort. I'm not criticizing you, just rather perplexed about that.

Do you even know what fascism is?

And, once again, RFID cards are going to be a likely alternative to the bracelet regardless.

I am aware that cards will be available. That has nothing to do with my post. Neither does the idea of simply carrying it somewhere. I simply said, if WEARING a handcuff becomes mandatory, I am out.

Tin foil nothing..... I have a Android Smart phone, I use it let Google track me..... really do not care.

Wearing a wristband would stop you going ...:eek::eek:
Incredibly Dramatic By the OP.
What makes you think that they don't already track what you do /spend etc whilst at Disney its just more efficient
It won't stop them they are like customers at my work who complain and say they will never come back but they are there the next day. Get over it you really have no say so.

Hmm, mandatory is the wrong word. Or maybe, not enough words. Let me try again...

If wearing a matching rubber bracelet is the only way to get an equal experience in WDW, then I will not be returning. Simple as that. And I know plenty of people who are on the same page as me.

Guests wearing the rubber bracelets will be able to enjoy a journey on the Liberty Belle from the first class section of the boat, whereas those guests who refuse to wear the bracelets will be packed into the steerage section. :(

They are just brackets it is not like they are making you give your first born away. U won't have to wear them bc they know everyone will not wear the so the will make something for 19.99 to put around your neck r something.

in the letter Iger wrote explaining MyMagic+ he said guests could choose to use an RFID card instead. This that they can only track you when you use the card the same as they track you now.

I also refuse to participate in the banding which will be completely different from any information that could be stored on a card. I REFUSE to have a convenient alternative to an easily misplaced key card. I DEMAND that I have specialized anti-Disney, non-branded, unattachable, temporary room key/park pass/dining information trinket of some sort that is not worn at all otherwise I will equate the wearing of such device to being arrested and detained against my will in the happiest place on Earth. I INSIST that a device be created that hovers 3 inches above my head at all times, does not transmit or receive any type of information and is completely invisble because god forbid I'm in Disney World with the same device that other people in Disney World have because then I'll look like some kind of a nut when I am actually just the only person in the world that knows that wristbands cause testicular shrinkage, bank account fraud and an unholy love of Twilight movies. I will not wear rodent appendages on my head, I will not adorn my chest with happy gatherings of animated animals and by god i will not wear a wristband because I am free at last free at last thank god almighty I'm free at last!!!

Why am I overly paranoid over absolutely nothing again, someone remind me...SQUIRREL!
