It’s ironic that when the Harry Potter theme park rights were up for sale, Disney’s plan was apparently to build an interactive shooter attraction, and so JK Rowling was like “how about NO” and went with Universal. Welp there’s no JK Rowling to stop Disney from achieving their destiny with Spider-Man!

Just saw a ride through for Hagrids. That ride is basically what I’ve been wanting Disney to build for years. Looks like it has it all.

I have to say that I don't think video even does it justice. It's the most exceptional themed attraction built in at least a decade.

If disney built Hagrids all we would hear about is how could they leave a blank wall and have the support showing for the skrewt. And then all the down time. Disney would get killed on these boards.

Nah, if Disney was building stuff like this, then that wouldn't be the narrative. People on here aren't cynical just to be cynical. Disney is just making poor decisions and building corporate attractions. Hagrid's is what changed my mind about Universal parks. I thought that if they continued the trend of building attractions like it, then they would most definitely be turning things around after their underwhelming pivot to screens. As we can see, they've definitely decided to keep going in this direction and it'll be interesting to see how they pressure Disney in the future. Disney surely can't keep producing low cost and low effort products if they want to stay competitive.

real talk, they need some kind of snowcone stand in that land. All the avengers can get flavors. Using the colors of the flavor syrups, It would be pretty easy to come up with flavor themes....Capt America would be red white and blue, Loki could be green, Iron Man could be red and yellow, etc... Would def help cool people down in a land without much shade, esp on a hot day and of course Snowcones are awesome.
