Disney do preventative refurbs instead of only reactionary ones? Good joke. If TSMM was going to get an update it would have been with TS4's marketing budget. That just another example of WDI talking a big game of how these attractions will be updated over time (TSMM, Guardians, and now Falcon) and never are.

TSMM’s screens have been dim for years. How would that be preventative?

My favorites are the lurkers who drop in only to complain about how negative we are.

New people on here: "You guys are so negative! You hate everything Disney does now!"

Those of us who have been fairly active for years-

The new Hungry Bear signage seems to be literally the only recent thing us critical fans praise Disney for. It’s so simple, yet so well-done and effective.

You have a point though. We’re not always displeased and there are times when we feel Disney has actually done things right. It’s just rare nowadays.

Yep- after a few years of studying and discussing Disneyland, it's easy to become jaded and a bit cynical when it's obvious what Disney's putting out is substandard (looking at you, Galaxy's edge).

Avengers Campus is really looking like a step in the right direction for me. Even the marketing is better- which is wisely not hyping it up to be the greatest thing ever- but instead showing it to be a place that looks to have a fun D ticket, some good food, and some good live entertainment. Certainly a step up from bugs land.

Not to mention how wonderfully executed the new Tomorrowland entrance looks to be, and the refurbishments Indiana Jones Adventure and Haunted Mansion will be getting. And the weakest of the Fantasyland dark rides, with an ending that's confused every rider since '83, is getting creatively overhauled.

2020 is gonna be the year for Disneyland.

Looks like we get to go up the Quinjet Ramp so so far it has a leg up on Galaxy's Edge

Pretty much everything sounds good in theory. I just hope Disney executes it well.
