No it's not. Whatever form it's in when it's cooked is what it is. If you cut it and then cook it, it's a steak. If you cook it and then slice it, it's a roast.

I’ll wait to hear reviews of the food, but I’m not against eating there next trip. I know we are supposed to be angry about losing the signature restaurant, but I have found the food here to be quite uneven in quality the last 10 years. Not a huge loss to me. I understand they want butts in the seats at their restaurants.

The quality in renderings being released by the company varies to such a great degree it's baffling.
To me, the renderings give this a Chez Remy feel. Not sure why, but that's what my mind thought of when I first saw it.
Chez Remy is a fully realized concept and executed well, this is Garden Grove
I can't disagree with that. It has that feel, but execution may very well fall far, far short.

I'm not a fan of character dining so this is an experience I have no problem missing out on. But all I could take away from that article is that those name tags are HIDEOUS!

I'm actually waiting for this site and ...the other sites... review since they have enough of a spine to actually critique food and service.
