looks very cool but something in her eyes and forehead look a little...off. They are still working on perfecting her look, though. The hair is really cool.

Agreed. The first thing I thought when I watched this was, "Wow, her head shape is really off-model."
At least the Ursula Garner-Holt built is spot-on. The flexible skin they're using for these things is pretty incredible.
Hopefully it's something they can fix before it opens.
It probably just looks weird because they haven't painted the eyebrows and lips on yet.

YES, the first one looks good( she only looks weird b/c her hair is up to simulate water) the second one is not done( she is not painted) but the shape of her head is correct, love the way the hair moves!:D

As far as I am concerned, there is no such thing as a D ticket, e ticket or any other of that nonsense anymore. Discussion as to what level an attraction is quite frankly is stupid and moot anymore because its all based on opinion. To some, this may become a must see and a headliner....to others it may not.

I think you are mistaken about Ursula being Garner-Holt.

I really like this :) I wonder how long the hair will be in A mode, before they add a strobe light B mode  Looks real cool though

If giving attractions a rating from A to E was good enough for Walt and the early Imagineers and park operators, than it is good enough for me. :king:

The eyes look off. Something just seems off about her face. I will hold off until the ride opens with her in it.

EDIT: she reminds me of Reba

Blink, blink. Breathe, breathe. Day in, day out.
The hair is the best part! Idk why, but Ariel and Ursula remind me of rubber dolls with moving mouths and eyes... :lookaroun

Ride ratings were great until the realized what a flawed idea it was. And Ariel does actually look like reba...except at this point Ariel might have more real parts. (BTW, love Reba)

she does not have eye brows LOL , the first one looks allot better, but looks strange cuz her hair is up other wise the actual sculpt of her face is really accurate
