I don't think the RnR is a detraction because it's set way down Sunset and it's sectioned off. The hat is at the end of Hollywood -- ruining (to me, at least) the 30s and 40s cinema glamour vibe.

I agree, RnR is pretty self contained. The only part of the park that you can see any of it without being right at the gait is while the doors are open on ToT.. You can still look down Sunset Blvd. without this attraction affecting anything.

They'd better take that hat down after the 100 years. I was down when they were doing early construction in June and now, after looking at the pix, it seems like it's gonna dwarf (nay, take the place <GASP!>) of the Chinese theater. Besides, it looks ugly........

Oh, I also agree with mightyduck on RnR. It is put away from everything and really doesn't detract from any of the theming or rides around it. Once again, if anything does, it's that damn ugly hat.
