Anyone know About April 16 - 22?

I saw there was a thread about this a few days ago, but I couldn't find it. Anyway, I just booked my trip (3rd trip in 1 year!) for April 16 - 22, and was wondering about the crowds. I don't think they should be bad, but is there anything going on at that time (class trips.. ect.) Any info would be great. Thanks

Since it falls towards the end of April, it seems that you would miss the majority of Spring Breakers. And I don't think that Easter is until the next weekend, so you'll miss those crowds, too.

I hope that you have a great trip!!

I would like to know also. We will be going April 17-26. I am hoping the crowds won't be too bad because it is three weeks after Easter. It is Spring Break in NY due to Passover. I don't know oif that will add to the crowds.

We are going April 13-20 and Easter is March 24 this year. I was really hoping that with Easter 3 weeks prior to my trip, the crowds would be alot thinner. However, it was pointed out by another poster that there are still many spring breaks taking place up in the New England states at that time and that this could affect the crowds at WDW.

And, judging by the hours that the parks are open that week, it appears that Disney is expecting to be pretty busy as well. How much of that has to do with spring breakers from New England, I have no idea. But whatever the reason, the park hours for that week indicate that Disney is anticipating heavy crowds.

We will be there from April 10th-19th!

This will be our fourth WDW vacation in April. It's usually fairly busy but manageable. Here in the mountains of western NC spring break falls during that week, I don't know about the rest of the country though. Easter is the last Sunday in March this year so we should definitely miss the Easter crowds. Look for us there and please come up and say hi!

I was kind of thinking the same thing. BB, and TL are open later than they are in May :(

I guess I am surprised by how late some of the Spring Breaks are. Ours is the first week in March. Others in the area have theirs lined up to coincide with Easter break.

I am sure that you will still have a great trip! At least it won't be 100+ degrees outside:wave:

I see that your last day is April 22 and hope that you'll come over to DAK and join in the Wild Decade festivities. Also, the Chief Magical Officer (CMO) will be announced at WDW on April 22.

I'll defiantly be at AK on the 22. Our flight doesn't leave until 9:00 that night. I realized that it was AK's 10 birthday after I made my reservations. I'll see you there

Hey there.
I know that April 21st begins Spring Break here. All Elementary/high schools are on vacation. (I live in Massachusetts, near Boston) I think CT is the week before. Crowds can be kind of big because of the schools being out...but who cares, you will be in Disney!
Have fun.

Thanks, I never let the crowds bother me (except for a few times in July:mad:). I just love being at Disney:sohappy:. See ya :)
