Any pictures and reviews from Characters in flight?

I looked around but can't find any pictures from in flight on Characters in Flight ride. Also, what did you think of the experience. We will be doing it in December but I can't decide between going during the day or at night.
Thoughts?

Im curious about this one too. All I remember is seeing pics pre opening. Has anyone done it? Id like to do it next time Im in the world.

I can't wait to get to DTD this year to go on this. I did see some pictures from onboard it at some point but I can't remember the website. :shrug:

I was able to answer my own question with this youtube video. Very cool looking attraction and I did not realize the center of the basket was open.

You just have to show up and stand in line as long as it is opened and not closed due to the wind.

OMG!!! I so wanted to do this. My DD is a huge adrenline junky. I thought she would love it. We were both soooooooo scared up there. My pics are not any better than the ones online. allears.net has great pics. You can actually see the Contemporary, Epcot Ball, etc. Only Magic Kingdom cannot be seen because of Contemporary. We will never do it again, but it was an experience.

I could not do it in May - it was bad weather everyday I was there, except the last day (lol). I am planning on testing it out in November. However, it is not something where I need to plan even for a couple of hours to do it.

I dunno, maybe it's the helicopter pilot in me, but this is just a disaster waiting to happen. But if you really wanna ride a balloon, this is the only way to go:
