Any new (since 2005) Characters?

Last time we were at WDW was in 2005. Just wondering what new characters we may see this time around that weren't there then. I know that Lightning McQueen is new, but anyone else? Is Jack Sparrow still around? How about the mice from Ratatouie?

Kim Possible may be new since '05. She was at the Studios in August, and I think she's still around.

I saw jimminy cricket for the first time in Dec. In 15 visits to the world this is the first time I ever saw him

While there are some cool new character additions (the Tremaines are great), a lot of the characters from 90s movies (Hercules, Hunchback, etc.), as well as others (the Robin Hood characters for example) are gone and will probably not be seen under normal circumstances except maybe in parades.

Yes, the Power Rangers have been around for a couple of years (at least). However, 2 of the rangers are pretty new. The Yellow Ranger just came out around late April/early May. And the Pink Ranger has been around since mid-2006.

Isn't it sad? I always loved Herc but I heven't seen him at all the last few trips. My Disney friends and I miss the 90s characters a lot.

I never got to get a photo with Esmerelda or Herc...and the way it looks now...it'll never happen. My group misses the 90s characters too!

Nope. Clarabelle and Horace can be found in Town Square (as well as the Family Fun Parade).

I was lucky enough to get a picture with Herc years ago. Sometimes I start to feel old looking at all the little kids in line to meet Mickey or Donald ... there I am with my crew (all in our mid-20s and most of us in DIY/punked Disney clothes) waiting for the same thing. We get the 'best' looks from the parents with the most rambucious and out of control kids.

I saw both of them on e morning on Main Street doing a dance. I am amazed, though, at the characters that aren't really visible like Jiminy Cricket and Eeyore but you get Br'er Bear everywhere and the Power Rangers....has anyone even watched the Power Rangers in the last 15 years?

I've received some odd looks from parents and others at meet and greets too...one time, a parent TOLD his child to gyp in front of my group. I suppose because we're all over 5, it's not as special to us. I was annoyed. but let it pass.
