I have some pretty off the wall questions I wanna ask for a friend who may be getting hired in ticketing. If you don't want the world to know you work at Disney you can PM me. I swear I won't rat you out to everyone!

I worked seasonally at the TTC until 2012. Sold tickets when I started worked as a greeter outside of that, but part of the greeter at TTC was helping people at the self serve ticketting machines.
So my knowledge stayed up to date at least until I had to stop doing the season thing. Feel free to PM me if you think I can answer your question.
