News Announced: Mary Poppins Attraction in UK Pavilion

Not that logic has anything to do with their decisions, but considering Scotland's intermittent moves to break from the UK, how does featuring an IP set in Scotland make sense for the UK pavilion long-term?

That makes me sad. I've dying to have a Mary Poppins ride somewhere in the parks. Disney's crowning acheivment and its not even represented anywhere.

I missed a step here - is there reason to believe the UK attraction will be a dark ride? My impression was that our insiders were hinting at a flat ride.

And my guess is Alice. Unless Marvel has a Captain Britain film in the pipeline.

An Alice ride would be charming, but again, not quite the right note for EPCOT...but perfect for the Magic Kingdom...where the ip is only represented by the teacups...I do not understand why it is so hard for leadership to understand the difference between the parks and what is appropriate for each...
