My car thermostat registered 84 degrees when I left work at 2 p.m.
It was sunny and I decided to leave work early (yeah, you can do that when you're the dictator of a small, well run nation. :king: )
As a consolation to you, my Rhode Island internet friend, I would tell you that I did feel a bit of perspiration on my brow. Truly inconvenient.

Hello Magic Friends! I know, I know, it's been ages...sowwy. I've been lurking round Magic a bit more lately, as we're going back to Florida at the end of June! :sohappy: The kids voted for Disney this time, so I am trying to catch up on all that is going on. We're renting a townhouse in Windsor Hills and I can't wait.

:wave: How is everyone doing? Thought I would drop by for a quick update. We have decided since I am out of a job (again) at the end of next month and there appears to be no real jobs on the horizon that we will begin looking in Florida. We had planned to move down to Orlando, years down the road, but at this point we are tired of the cold weather, lack of job opportunities, and lack of culture.
We have a little over a year before we can adopt our son so we are in no huge rush to move, so this should give us quality time to look for work, housing, and to sell our house and tie up loose ends. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It's a buyer's market down there right now, but I don't know how the job situation is.

Well I wish you luck with your job, move and adoption. It's hard to make plans with the markets like they are, but it's got to get better sometime. Right?
