An apology

Hi all.

I just wanted to post an apology for my actions in the other threads in the other forums. I reacted harshly and out of anger (as I've said to a couple of you in other PMs). The stress level is unbelievably high and I posted some stuff I probably shouldn't have.

I must say that I certainly do not appreciate the response I got in my reputation comment box of

And then, of course, no user name left behind. Thanks. Just...yeah, thanks. I don't think I need to point out how no matter how much you might have disagreed with me or thought I was harsh - that this just completely blows it out of the water. Yeah, thanks. You guys are a swell bunch.

And once again, I'm sorry for any stress. There was a misunderstanding. I think we all just want everyone to end up okay and be okay thoughout this storm - just opinions differed and I'm sorry for driving your threads (sorta) off topic.

Regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity, economic stature (etc.) we all will say or do something we will regret. Standing up to it and offering an apology is the best way to resolve it. Bravo, Weird_Inside. You did the right thing.

For what it is worth, a person was recently suspended from this board for making a comment similar to what you received while giving someone bad reputation points. When people here tell you there is no excuse for someone saying that to you, they mean it.

And it is worth remembering that there is no anonymity from the moderators . . .

For what it is worth I did not see the post or posts in question, but there is no reason that someone should tell you they hope you get killed, that person definately should be suspended. Apology accepted. :wave:
