American Idol Guessing Game...

Upset after upset, week after week, it's fair to say we're all doing equally bad in this competition!
Week 3 each surviving contest was worth 3 points, for a max of 27 points this week. All of us either racked up 18, 21, or 24 points this week. A perfect score for week 3 would be 58 points, and the 2 contestants tied for first place now are only 6 points shy of that.
And with one person suspended from the forums in the last week, that gives those on the lower end a little bit of a boost this week.

The bottom three tonight is Haley, Gina, and Phil.
If Haley goes, my score will benefit (but I will be sad).
If Gina goes, I am screwed, I had her in fourth.
Phil better go tonight. I can't stand him and I had him in tenth place.

Well, Gina is out. I am so sick of these surprise eliminations!

Man did most of us ever make a huge mistake by putting Sanjaya and Haley towards the bottom of the pile!
8 contestants remain, and all of us only have 5 or 6 left in the running, except for poor Victoria (tiggerific418) who only has 4 left. :lol:

I can't believe Phil's longevity. Who's voting for this guy? I'm lucky to still be tied for first when I had him getting booted right away. Thank goodness for Haley's legs. Heh.

My 2nd was gone last week (Chris). and my 1st almost lost (Sanjaya). I want Phil to leave also. He sounds much worse than Sanjaya.Sanjaya has cool hairstyles and I heard some screaming when Sanjaya went up on stage a few weeks ago.I can't stand Jordin, Blake or Phil.Melinda kinda sounds like LaKisha.

Ok... this is just depressing... Poor American Idol. I hope this season doesn't ruin it for next seasons... I'm ready to stop watching - and a lot of my friends are saying the same thing. :shrug:

Haley does have some fans who like her voice. In fact, I'm listening to Haley's rendition of "Tell Him" right now.

Yeah - I meant supporting Haley.
When it comes down to it, I have to agree that she has a lovely voice... but it's not for American Idol. It more of a... Disney Princess voice - like she should be singing "Part of Your world" or something...:shrug:
Speaking of that... what a great theme for one of their shows! Of course it probably would never happen, but if all the idols sang Disney songs onw week...
