I do not either, I have everything folded just so and I heard it is best to keep everything out of the drawers because of bed bugs or something of the sort.

We don't unpack. The dirty stuff goes in a bag in the corner. When it's time to leave, we grab the dirty bag put it in one of the cases and head home. We don't over pack, so everything is usually dirty or would need to be re-washed anyways. Extra sandals/flip-flops go into a plastic bag for the trip home.

I usually only unpack one day worth of clothing at a time and iron it for the next morning. I'm afraid I'll leave something if I put things in drawers. I do hang a couple of outfits for DH & myself if there is room in the rack. That way some of the wrinkles have fallen out before I have to iron.

On most other vacations, I live out of my suitcase. But on a WDW trip, I unpack. It lets me feel like I am going to be there a long time and live there, as others have mentioned. Makes the room feel more like home to me. To each their own.
