While channel surfing the other day, we came across the end of a vintage episode of Hawaii Five O ("Book em Dano")
When the credits rolled, that fabulous and unforgettable theme song played.
I remarked to my wife: "That has to be the all time greatest tv theme song ever"
Of course, this is just my humble opinion, and there are many great tv theme songs.

So

What would you pick as the all time greatest tv theme song?

For my generation, it's probably The Fresh Prince of Bel-air...you know you're a kid of the 90s if you can rap that whole theme :lol:

All time? I love Lucy, Happy Days, I Dream of Jeannie, Bewitched...there's probably many more but those are my favorites :D

WKRP in Cincinnati, no question about it. It had that beautiful, melodic opening theme, and that raucous, unintelligible closing rocker.
