1. Make the most they can out of limited capacity, and
2. Single riders have been Forbidden on most all Ferris Wheels for the last decade plus because of a few suicides.

It's quite frustrating because I really enjoy Ferris Wheels but am seldom able to ride them, because I often travel solo and will apparently be overcome with an extreme urge to kill myself if I ride alone.

But you re in a cage on Mickeys Fun Wheel. There’s a lot easier ways to kill yourself at DLR.

Most Ferris Wheels are much easier to get out of than Death Wheel.

As for the latter point, definitely, but it wouldn't be the first time the lawyers are pleading ignorant.

Sorry maybe I misunderstood. You can’t ride Mickeys Fun Wheel solo or you can? Obviously as a single rider they’ll just group with another group right? So if you rope dropped Fun Wheel and were the only one there they’d have you wait until more people came along?

Mickey's Funwheel of Death is interesting because they always put groups together on that ride. You get ten minutes to make friends with strangers you are in a cage with in the air.
I always thought they put groups together to keep couples from getting too "touchy" since the Fun Wheel offers more privacy than most rides.

I have never actually tried, so I'm not sure if Disney is different. But typically singles are barred from larger Ferris Wheels and must sit with a group or not ride at all. And I feel about sitting with groups on Ferris Wheels the way you feel about having singles join you on Space Mountain, lol. Blame it on one supremely awkward ride on Cedar Point's wheel eons ago that has me not eager to jump in a ferris wheel car with other people.

Apparently based on some people's experiences you can score a solo car at DCA if you get there early enough? Color me shocked if true.

Probably for the Simpsons replacement. the work on the hillside where Mummy and SS 16-24 is where the new one will likely be.
I think that is in addition. The FFSC is for expanding Harry Potter.

Excited for USH. It would be great to see it turn into a legitimate full day park. I have more vivid memories there as a young boy than I do at Disneyland. That was the Go To park when family came to visit from Italy and it was nice and convenient since we lived in North Hollywood down the street. And still so much more convenient for me to get today than Disneyland.

So what do you think they re doing as far as Potter? Straight copy of the Epic universe land? Diagon Alley with Gringotts? Diagon Alley with MOM or both MOM and Gringotts. I’m assuming Hagrids wouldn’t be possible in that location due to the sound restrictions right?

I have to imagine something is coming from Epic Universe. At least one of the two big ones -Monsters or MOM or both.

I really think monsters is a one time thing that wouldn’t have been built if the cost wasn’t factored into that of a new park.

How much did it cost?

I dunno but it seems to me that one of the two is coming to USH. Monsters would make a lot sense at USH but Potter is the big money maker for them.
