So Universal doesn't have a very good IT department either. Don't these departments test anything before roll out?

I’d just like to say that when I went to Epcot to ride Cosmic Rewind several months ago, the entire WDW app system crashed before the park opened and no one could make ride reservations. I got on Cosmic Rewind the old fashioned way: By waiting in line at Guest Services.
Moral of the story: I dunno.

That was pretty painless! Got reservations for 1/29 within minutes (Take note Disney).
It’s the 1st day of technical rehearsals. So this can go one of two ways, nothing will be working or I’ll hit it before everything breaks down. Anyway, we have MMRR on 1/27 and Mario on 1/29. My son is going to lose his mind.

Thanks for the link! I had to keep hitting "reserve" and clearing the error message for about 7 minutes before it confirmed.
The "Your Reservation is Booked" page listed my email address once and then my friend's over 20 times. Can't wait to see if she actually gets that many.

Thanks! I hope the ride is working! With that said, if we get a chance to eat at the restaurant, see the land and play some mini games I’d consider the preview a success.

The land itself seems like an attraction…which is more than I can say about a lot of the single IP lands.

I've all but given up on my MagicBand at Disney, but I'm very excited to try out the Power-Up Bands for SNW; Universal simply does the interactive merch better than Disney.

Toothsome is a lot of fun, and—at least in Florida— the food is excellent. Great soundtrack and character greet, too. This’ll be a perfect addition to USH Citywalk!

Hard Rock was one of favorite places there. I was sad to see it go. I'll have to check out Toothsome. I have no clue what it is like.

Are you telling me a lifeless, characterless, music less land like GE doesn't feel immersive in the same way an attraction does? Ha!

Toothsome is....empty feeling. Great looking facade and concept only to have a restaurant with minimal set dressing and a lot of flat screen TV's running looped animations. The food is decent, but I'd love to see more practical elements in the décor and less reliance on TVs.
