All things Knotts Berry Farm

The Depths, Paranormal, wax works and Entities are in the same backstage area. They are also not exacly near each other. I don't think that is a concern.

They all funnel into that same area, and it's become a crowded nightmare in recent years. Knotts tried implementing the lines further out the last couple years, but that just pushed the mass into a different area. Waxworks is a little different in that its line begins in a different location and is fairly secluded from the others.

The overcrowding in that area was already a concern to Knotts on some level even prior to the pandemic, so I can't imagine it has gotten less so now. I was already a bit uneasy about keeping the other two on that list, but I don't think they can realistically get rid of Waxworks (new last year and well-received) and Paranormal (the elder statesman and still extremely-popular). Maybe the strategy is to move Waxworks over to the Pumpkineater spot with an expanded layout, which would allow the Depths to come back and use the Waxworks area for the queue to spread things out a bit.

Or just give the people what they really want and bring back Cornstalkers along the north side of Camp Snoopy.

The original plan for this year was to move those mazes outside of the backstage area because the ghost town expansion was to start last year. Maybe they will pretend that area is off limits and go with the new maze locations they were planning for this year.

I still don't see the current locations of those mazes as being any concern. They have rides that are closer together. They will just follow the same guidelines they do for regular daily operations.

See, that makes it even more interesting because I don't know where those would all move to. I'd assume Waxworks would be fine in its location since it's already pretty cut off by Ghostrider, but where would you move the other three? I think the Depths could fit well at the Mystery Lodge location, especially if it pushed the line out and used those last two staging rooms for a preshow "elevator".

Paranormal Inc....would be more difficult, as it takes advantage of the larger space really well, and I don't know if any areas would provide them the same ability, unless they just build a large house location next to Reflection Lake as they used to do in the past. Could tie it into the Forsaken Lake area they introduced last year?

Maybe they just drop Dark Entities? I think they did a good job last year of making it a quality maze but I can't imagine most people would be sad to see it go.

Those are no longer in the store. Last time I saw them was in 2015.
They’re now in the hands of a private collectors! One of the private collectors has an Instagram page where he posts all kinds of photos of his bear-y tales memorabilia. In fact, according to him and his other friends who also own a good majority of animatronics and props, around 75% of the original ride was saved in terms of props and animatronics, while the rest was trashed. Here are some photos and videos of the characters now.
