Perhaps because I've said that I would repeatedly? TLM would cause the "flicker" that I mentioned. It's long overdue (as is Star Tours). I'll be happy when we finally have both.

Long overdue indeed. I know the economy is to be blamed for a decent amount of the drop in Disney's profits, however the staleness of the parks has to be taken into consideration as well. My hope is that recent events will serve as a wake up call to those on the Executive Board that you can only rest on the Disney name for so long, eventually people will get hip to the fact that you aren't living up to expectations and vote with their wallets. I know that attendance numbers are relatively unchanged, however I would be curious to see what the breakdown is between return visitors and first timers since the discounts have began.

We'll see. If it's just an announcement of the Fantasyland plans that were leaked, the light bulb will barely flicker. I'm not impressed by them.

Well, that would make the most sense. Considering Disney finished all of the filming and will probably implement it then we all know that ST 2.0 is definitely happening. MI was never fully confirmed, was it?

The latter for sure, gotta love the amazing traffic nightmare they created with soarin in there. I still think that should have had its own entrance between the land and imagination.

I havent read this whole thread so if someone mentioned this already Im sorry but on another website they said The Land was closed down today for a undetermined amount of time. Does anyone know why.:shrug: Did it break down or are they updating it?

So far all we know its closed for installing new boats and doing track work, and new vid footage in the barn scenes.

Theres been alot of ramble about it because this kinda came as a surprise to most of us. Im kinda worried that someday they are just going to do away with the whole live horitculture thing. I mean are they making money from it? Theres no sponsor anymore for the pavilion so who is footing the costs for all of that part? I reallly hope they never do but I am wondering how the money works for the greenhouses and lab etc.

Land 05. I love that's new, up to date, and looks nice, but TRAFFIC FLOW!?:fork: I hate that people walk through the dinning area while you are trying to eat.

I'm thinking of doing a weekly thing next spring on my cp with my roommate. It would be posted on youtube I think. I need a videocamera and I need to learn how to edit videos, but I'm seriously thinking about it. With no Adventurers Club, I'll have plenty of free time.

I gotta say, this is kinda weird... I can't remember another refurb of an attraction where we knew so little (basically nothing) about whats going on, not to mention had so little notice from Disney. :shrug:
