the 2009 planning dvd is not on the internet yet as far as I know, but you can find it and download it via mousebits through a torrent file or order one for free! :sohappy:
Thanks.:wave:I tried my best, but I need to go get some sleep...
Bob Zalk and that lady were the imagineers behind the Mission:Space fiasco and work directly under Tom Fitzgerald. All three of which champion more screen technology and video projections in the parks.
I cannot express enough to not listen to rumor mongering. The version that opened in 2007 is the version they greenlit. They were so sure people would be jumping up and down to play with touchscreens and look at cheap flash animations that nobody would care about AA's, epic music, sophistication, etc. that were in the previous 3 versions of the attraction.
And that is why they should be fired and a new generation of Imagineers hopefully led by Tony Baxter will set things right.Bob Zalk and that lady were the imagineers behind the Mission:Space fiasco and work directly under Tom Fitzgerald. Not quite. The version that opened in 2007 is the version they greenlit.
Not quite.
The version that opened in 2007 and will be finished in 2009 is what was greenlit. The things that are still being added were planned all along to be phased in over time.

I keep picturing a lone Imagineer building props in his garage and installing them in the descent during his off hours because he just can't stand to leave it "as is".
God Bless that lone imagineer.
Sounds like the scene before the Matrix Tunnel:lookaroun:lol:

Thats is right - they arn`t. It`s all being done third shift as it has been pretty much since January. They aren't going to close the ride again for any length of time to add scenes or anythign like that
^ Stranger things have happened with DACS
As long as you hope they don't gut SSE for these...I hope they finish it. But who knows?? Honestly I would rather see the Monster's Inc. Coaster, and the Little Mermaid ride more than finishing SSE. Just my oppinion
