The group looks amazing it has more than 50 restaurats in US..I think will be great!!

Thank you! This is a guy who knows real Italian bread. I grew up in Bensonhurst Brooklyn, a 90% Italian neighborhood with a bakery on almost every block. Yes! ir should be crusty with a hearty dense inside, almost chewy. (mmmm, i'm getting hungry) Not that whimpy, airy bread with a flaky crust. Thanks dude!Not to pick on anyone, but real Italian bread is hard. At least the crust, anyway.
