Oh, I'm sorry if I sounded sarcastic. It was not meant that way at all. It was really quite the opposite! Not to offend the non Brooklynites (or other non-Italian neighborhood decendants) but I now live in a non-ethnic area of Jersey where nobody knows "real" Italian bread. So i was agreeing with the "crust" quote. And the "dude", was a friendly greeting.:wave:
