Alcohol in the Magic Kingdom

I've never seen that on any visit. You're talking about CMs with 'cigarette girl' style trays stocked with cups of beer, walking down the queue and selling it as you're standing there?
They are actually there nightly - they are used because the food stand lines get backed up inside Fantasmic. They come out to the streets when the line is building for the show and the venue hasn't opened yet. More for practicality since the line seems to flux a bit during the load process.

Thanksgiving week and the week before/after beginning around (I think) 2012 every year, I would regularly see CM's pushing iced-down carts with beer for sale in HS starting in the late afternoons. I've also seen them in March (2015) and June (2015). But only at the end of Sunset near ToT and RnRR.

This type of selling.

I do. I'll need proof of this. I don't believe it for one moment.

Cans are lined.. but usually you pour from a can for a craft vs drinking from the lip like you would a bud light.

That's true in most cases however both Heady Topper and Sip O Sunshine both recommend you drink from the can, But in both cases the cans appear to be completely coated

Non coated metal cans of any kind went the way of the dinosaur by about 1950.

Not only would direct exposure to aluminum make whatever that is in it taste like utter garbage (this is especially true for beer and soda), but the shelf life of the product would be greatly reduced as well.

I'm all for this if it is set up for responsible consumption. Beer and wine only in most restaurants. Themed mild drinks where appropriate like Skipper's Canteen. Alcohol in restaurants only, can't leave the facility with a drink and maybe even require a food purchase with any drink purchase.

There isn't a difference between kiosk and cart.

Personally I think there is a difference, an ice bath full of aluminium beer bottles looks tacking. But a proper kiosk with walls and a counter serving drinks feels more appropriate.

Also someone did report seeing plastic tray hawkers at DHS.

Also to add, I am for alcohol in table service in the Magic Kingdom but not from anywhere else inMK. But although already there in the other parks, I think it should be only from kiosks, bars and restaurants not from the ice bath snack stands.

The plastic tray with beers are only in fantasmic or right outside the street that leads to it when busy and they don't hawk like at baseball games. They are basically some young kids being asked to walk around. And the place I was referring to has nothing inside for customers to go into. It's basically a carnival trailer with theming outside to match the EE area. So only difference between that and cart is size. And you saying cart is different then a metal tub of beers with a person selling them. There is nothing wrong with grabbing a beer and a pretzel at a cart while getting your kid a churro and soda. You can do it pretty much anywhere else. Broadway shows, concerts, orchestras, sporting events. People that embarrass themselves will find a way regardless. This country always had issues with Alcohol because of it's roots. Thankfully we are finally growing up.
