Hey guys... I'm new here. I heard that they were gonna take out the interior of space ship earth and build a harry potter roller coaster where you're riding on brooms and playing quidditch... that would be awesome.

I'm trying to be idiotic but just to let ya know I just think Disney should consider something else big after EVEREST,because they need it bad at EPCOT or MGM.
I have to disagree. I think Epcot is just fine. They have just opened two E-Ticket attractions within 2 years of each other, and Test Track is still realtively new as well. The are currently bringing the Living Seas back to life. Personaly I think of all of the parks Epcot is the last that should recieve another attraction. MK hasn't recieved an E-ticket in 14 years.

Well your doing a great job at it.

No they don't, especially at Epcot. MGM mostly needs to update the things it currently has, along with bringing in a new show or or dark ride. They really don't need a new E-ticket.

That can't be, Disney doesn't own the rights to Harry.

Dont forget about Soarin' .

If magic Kingdom gets more E-Ticket attractions (unless they use the 20 k site) they are going to have to start stacking them on top of each other like DL. I think that they could. Oh wait nevermind they could tear down Skyway fantasyland, Skyway Tomorrowland, Ugly judges tents, Swan Boat Launches or Walt Disney Story Theatre. That would give them space.

I don't think Magic Kingdom would get any E-Ticket any time soon. Mainly becasue despite it's lack of new E-ticket in last 14 years and their extremly poor mantained old attractions, it is still the most popular and beloved park by many (not me though). And sure Disney is smart enough to save the money to fix the attendence problem in other park (such as Animal Kingdom) first. After all, EVEREST is not enough for AK since people tend to like rides than animals.

I totally agree with you on that one. They do need to work on AK before MK.

Has anyone mentioned moving the speedway into Toontown and re-theming it to Cars?

The speedway can't really be "moved." I guess the entrance can be moved to the Toontown side. Or Toontown could be extended to the current entrance. Which wouldn't make sense.

Attractions can be "moved." The matterhorn moved, and so could the speedway if the wish too.

We can talk about this forever but you guys are stating for sure that an Indy Adventure ride won't make it to the WDW Studios in the future???

:brick:
For the millionth time, there is a chance, however, not a good one. In no way am I saying that it will come around 2007-2008, cause I know thats what your going to ask. If it were going to come in that time frame I would think there would be some sort of preperation going on right now for an attraction of that magnitude. In order words, don't get your hopes up.

Um, that Matterhorn moved? What? I don't recall it ever moved.

As for Mideivil Times or, whatever... why do you keep coming back here Jay? I'm surrpised Steve hasn't totally banned you so that you can't ever come back to the forums.

From a technical standpoint, yes it did move. When it first opened it was listed as being in tomorrowland, but they changed that a few years later to fantasyland. So, the Matterhorn is the only major attration to have been moved.
