That would make sense when I was there a few days ago there were Serta trucks, so I don't know if that is just a coincidence but maybe they are looking to resume the project.

They're a LOOONNNGGGG way from needing a Serta truck over there...

I`ve heard anything from patch up and carry on when ready to conversion to suites to starting from scratch to just demoing the whole lot and landscaping it.

I wish they would finish the LY section of PC. Being able to see the shells of the three unfinished buildings is such bad show.

They are replacing all the mattresses on the Classic Years side. That is why the Serta trucks are there.
