Ugh. Our gym teacher came back from Torino today... found out how bad (half) our class was. Here's the workouts/warmups we did, in order, without breaks:

16 push-ups

32 sit-ups

"Suicide" (rather aptly named, you run to 1st line and back, second line and back, etc.)

14 push-ups

28 sit-ups

2 laps of "lunges" (basically walk forward with your knees touching the ground in every step)

12 push-ups

24 sit-ups

10 push-ups

20 sit-ups

Suicide

Lunges


Kinda tossed my cookies from working myself too hard, but before that, my legs had given out and I whacked my head on the toilet.

So, in other words, if I seem testy today, it's because I can barely move. :lol:

gotcha...sounds like fun. :rolleyes: That's what you get for having a gym teacher that participates in the olympics! :lol: Hope you feel better soon though!

Already feel better in terms of stomach, but I've collapsed at least 20 times so far today. Everyone in the classes after gym understood... it was Hlady's doing. :lol:

Well, on one hand, I'm in pretty good shape, and can run the 100-metre in about 13-14 seconds. On the other hand, I've always been a straight-A student. It's more of a toss-up, really. :lol:

And on the third hand... WHAT?! :eek: :lookaroun
