But could you pick him out in a crowd?

I have a picture to go by. It is kind of old, from when I first joined the boards:

Otherwise, Brad, if you see me, give a shout out, ok?

After the whole farce with the police officers that accused my girlfriend of crashing her car (when vandals had actually broken in and sent it rolling down the hill) I was able on Monday to talk to the head cop of her local station.

A productive 15 minute chat that I followed up with an email of my concerns at the area troubles and the poor judgement of some of his officers. Top cop was away Tuesday and Wednesday, but wrote me an email detailing what actions they are taking to try and tackle the local vandals/drunks/under-age drunks as well as reporting that he is contacting the boss of one of the offending policemen and that the other offending cop is one of his officers, so he will be having words with him. :D

When we arrive in the parks, party of six, including four teens. Shortly (immediately) after arrival, my wife and I. We'll be at Animal Kingdom at or near park opening and at Magic Kingdom in the afternoon and evening.

You?

That is good news, Joe. Things are looking up and who knows? Maybe they can actually do something to make things better. I hope so.
I hope so too, but it will be slow going. There are are lot more drunken yobs spread over a large area than there are cops. It's at the weekend when it's a big problem with the heavy drinking culture we have here.

The law does not help either, it seems to have been perverted over the years to protect the guilty. In a similar case in Bristol, a man saw a gang of kids vandalising a row of cars outside his house. The man ran out and caught hold of one of the kids and handed him over to the police.

You'd think that catching one of the gang was enough? Nope - because he could not pinpoint which of the multiple bits of damage done to the many cars had been done specifically by the yob he caught the police could not press charges and the kid was let off scott free to keep offending :fork:

People just stop reporting crimes as they feel there is no point. The cop I was taking too is not happy at that. They need accurate statistics of where the problems are.

I've seen the pictures you've posted. It is really hard to believe. Surely there comes a point when the law says "enough," and cracks down hard.

These figures are made up and simplified to show one of the problems: If there are four cop cars covering an area and at one moment they get calls for a break-in, two road accidents and a fight outside a pub there is nobody left to crack the heads of the yobs going down a street kicking wing mirrors off and jumping on bonnets.

Friday and Saturday night you hear lots emergancy vehicles screaming up and down the road my GF lives on. More so than where I live - I'm on the outskirts of one of Britain's major cities and she lives in a much smaller town.
