Several major things have dropped.

Not trying to be snarky but what? There are a lot of "maybe Frontierland or Tomorrowland will get something" ... but nothing stands out that Spirit wouldn't have already hinted at or discussed. I'm talking things not already hinted at on here. I don't see anything major?

Nintendo for Universal?

Guess we have different ideas for "major"

EDIT:
I'm more talking about him coming back, with a new thread, and dropping new news. We still have too many "maybes". Stitch and Energy are slated for replacements but they either aren't committed yet or the insiders aren't willing to say yet, and while that's news, it's not "this is going here and expect it then" like Mickey replacing GMR. Look at Epcot. We have a lot of maybes, but now Japan's expansion is "on hold". Probably so they can figure out how to shoehorn BH6 there. I want news dropped ;)

I was also referring to the plans for HKDL.

Can we get a list of things that are slated to maybe go down, or maybe be replaced ... so many different threads and rumors, etc. I know we have the upcoming projects/rumors thread but if anyone is faster than I am at compiling a list that would be great ...

Well, there's been a lot of rumors about stuff so I'm hopefully we'll hear something at the summer 2017 D23. But even at Disney's glacial building pace, there's still time. A large new build is typically ~3 years and October 2021 is well over 4 years away. Furthermore, the main offerings for MK in celebration for the 50th sound like they might be a new parade and fireworks and just general freshening up plus maybe a new build in Tomorrowland.

Yep, but my guess is you'd want to have any bigger (E-ticket) attractions open 3-6 months earlier than that to work out any operational issues before the 50th.

Some of our best inside sources have shared stuff which they have specifically said is not definite yet. Then they've come back and said, that it's changed. Then come back and said it's back on again.

It's not the sources' fault, it's Disney Management as they waffle over things like getting everyone to sign off on it and getting over the sticker shock and re-doing their ideas when accounting tells them what it's going to cost and then that changing everything.

So, we know Tomorrowland's being freshened in some way. The paint job on the rocks and CoP tells us that they're staying. The 'seasonal' Stitch tells us it's going. What's going in it's place? It was rumored to be Wreck it Ralph Candy Rush. Then that's off. So... something. And then will other stuff be touched? Maybe. No news of anything being budgeted for anything yet.

What about Frontierland being refreshed? Well that's still more than a budget year away, so, maybe or maybe not. People have plans... but do the plans have money?

What about GotG coming to ToT? We were told at D23 it's not happening. So, GotG in Epcot? Replacing Ellen or not? Yes then no then yes then no. Epcot's been announced it's getting a refresh, Future World more so than the World Showcase... so how? There are plans... which have no definite budget yet because it's a multi-year phase and the things in phase two and three could change. Meanwhile, phase one is a refresh of the main plaza (good-bye tombstones, but no replacement for Fountain of Nations). We can be sure the Imagination Pavilion isn't going away since they renovated the second floor... but as for what's going to happen to the first floor... ?? We know Innoventions is dead, we just need someone to pull the plug on Colortopia.

tl;dr - There are long range plans for Tomorrowland, Frontierland, and Epcot... which are all in flux, so any details are... ephemeral.

Let's see... complied from things insiders have said recently
MK: Wreck it Ralph for TL to replace SGE (maybe)
Epcot/IPcot: Integration of more IP into FW and WS. GotG as a possible replacement for UoE (maybe), but no other firm developments.
DHS: SWE and TSL underway. Great Mickey Ride (maybe) replacing TGMR. Marvel IP possibly coming, GotG:MB, but dependent in part on conversations between UNI and Disney over usage East of the Mississippi.
DAK: Pandora working towards 2017 opening. Nighttime show, be it a version of RoL or something new, will come to the park.

DL: SWE currently, destroying the Rivers of America, under construction for late 2018. New version of F! to open this Summer along with the shortened Rivers. Frozen, taking up the western half of Toontown, has been under consideration.
DCA: GotG mission: BREAKOUT under construction for Summer 2017. Around the time when the Eastern Gateway project has been completed, a Marvel land is slated to occupy this space and the current Hollywood Studios backlot.

USF: Jimmy Fallon and Fast and Furious under construction for 2017 and 2018 respectively. Super Nintendo World, believed to be opening after USJ in 2020, will at least be replacing Barney, Animal Actors, Curious George and Woody Woodpecker. Jury is out on ET leaving as well. Fear Factor has been spectulated to be used an expansion pad for Diagon Alley; Ministry of Magic ride (maybe).
IoA: Marvel E-Ticket replacing theater between MSHI and TL.

(I can do the overseas parks too, if you guys would be interested)

Either a rebuild like Hulk or something new entirely. Last I read on OU is that if it was new it would probably still be a coaster. My personal hope though is a Forbidden Forest dark ride.

A few months ago, someone said it was all being replaced with a Fantastic Beasts coaster/dark ride type attraction. I haven't kept up on the latest for that though.

I wasn't "blaming anyone". I trust our insiders. Not discounting anything. I know plans change and shift, etc. I've been around these boards for at least 10 years ... I'm frustrated that they always bring the news that something's on hold or something "maybe" will happen (I'm not frustrated by our insiders, I appreciate any morsel of information they give). It's not them I'm annoyed by, it's the Orlando parks management, etc. and their lack of movement and lack of effort and by their reluctance to greelight things, etc. (And I know they've spent money and things are being built as we speak).

Thank you @the.dreamfinder for the summary!

I think you have a point, normally we would have an idea if any new projects for the FY had been greenlit by now. I'm assuming nothing more has been greenlit for FY17 beyond the projects currently active, meaning that nothing new would start until FY18 in Oct so maybe by summer we would know what has passed the proposal phases. So it is beginning to look unlikely there is anything 'big' specifically scheduled for the 50th on the calendar.

Of course...it is entirely possible that Disney is just getting better at keeping their greenlit projects under tighter wraps.
