Disney tried to get Mario but couldn't secure the rights. In the Wreck it Ralph world, as a parody of him, Fix it Felix Jr. essentially is Mario.
It wouldn't make sense to have the original Mario also be in the movie.
Agreed, and I've done the Tokyo one post-overhaul.Really? Hong Kong? It feels like you walk through a creepy tunnel. In all honesty, I think the best version is in Disneyland Paris.
Ugh. Sounds laborious. Imagine having to watch all of these!www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/entertainment-arts-46059129
I didn’t know where to put this, but it’s in relation to Avatar: the BBC has a list of tentative titles for the 4 Avatar sequels, and I’m just going to put them here without comment
Avatar: the Way of Water
Avatar: the Seed Bearer
Avatar: the Tulkun Rider
Avatar: the Quest for Eywa

When you think you something is stupid, you don’t know how to justify your failure.I heard the new ‘Nutcracker’ movie had an abysmal opening debut. With millions being spent on those types of films, why not instead spent that money on new no tie-in theme park investment?

I don’t get the hate about the Nutcracker. There are still territories around the world that The nutcracker haven’t hit cinemas yet, So I wouldn’t consider it a flop.Amazing how long term investment in built attractions is considered stupid, but not blowing $200+ million on an obvious box office flop.

Especially countries like China and Japan that are Huge Money Makers with the Disney Brand.

It appears some are striving to create a meme. Has me very interested in what is in this movie that has created this preemptive negativity. Can't wait to see it in theaters myself. And I rarely see musicals. Chicago was the last one.

Nutcracker's China opening - $12 million.
If it looks like a flop and sounds like a flop and smells like a flop...
It ain't a musical. It has one ballet scene presented as... a ballet... with breathless interruptions narrating what's happening.
Could have gone with something gloriously beautiful like the ballet scene from American in Paris... but nooooo.
I will say that the dancing it does have is exquisite, if not presented properly. Dance 10. Film 3.
No, Ralph is more of a Donkey Kong. Fix-it-Felix is more like a parody of Mario. In the Wreck it Ralph world, as a parody of him, Fix it Felix Jr. essentially is Mario.
