Reminds me of the opening year of Tokyo Disneyland (Or somewhere in the 1980's) I seen years ago that had Mickey and the other Disney characters outside in the snow. I found it somewhere on this site years ago.

I think it might have to do with the countless new games having more story which started complicating the plot of the first two games. I remember KH 1 and 2 were simple to understand till Coded.
