Im not "new" here I just havent been around in a while, I couldnt find my old name and password and the email I had used I no longer use...yaddda yadda. lol
I just got back from Disney, I was there Dec 1st-7th......first, I made the mistake of booking while they were taping the Christmas parade.....shooot me please, Magic Kingdom was a mad house filled with Jonas brother tweens...it was a nighmare.
We stayed at the All Star Music LOVED IT!! They changed the beds and they were absolutely more comfortable then when we stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge....loved it loved it. We had free Disney Dining and now I am spoiled, they should call it free Disney gluttony plan....more food then we could eat, but who cares, its free. lol It was nice not reaching for the wallet everytime someone wanted a little snack.
I would like to say that if anyone here was one of the Cheerleaders (they were in the Disney xmas morning parade and it was a convention of sorts, so there were ALOT of them) that were staying at ASM, you should be ashamed of how you acted, waking people up cheering outside of their rooms at 7:30 am is not mature at all, screaming through the food court "lets go (insert whoever) here we go!!!!" with your moracas....and thats just the parents! When Disney staff has to step in, you should NOT be asked back.....something else I will be asking when booking..."any cheerleaders? NO....good" I advise you all to do the same.
We got to do the Kim Possible thing in Epcot, what fun!! I have a 9 year old that couldnt wait to do it, and I have to say I was thinking to myself "Oh great, this thing is going to dictate evertything we do"...not at all the case, it went in tune to YOUR schedule and was so much fun, we loved it!! I saw many many adults with NO kids doing it and they were having just as much fun, it kind of reminded me of a kid version of the amazing race. We found ourselves wishing it went on longer, I loved all the interactive missions and the other guests would be saying "Oh wow! How is THAT happening??" and meanwhile YOUR making it happen, it was fabulous. GREAT job Disney!
We went on Expedition Everest for the first time....oh ....my ....lordy, that ride was more intense than we expected! LOL! LOOOOOVED IT!
I have also come to realize after many many maaaany years of going to Disney that there is no longer a "down time" poo on that. lol
If anyone is intersted I can post some pics.
