A big difference I noticed between Disney and Universal

Disaster! Right now is.....well, a disaster. The ride vehicles need completely replaced along with the entire control system and most of the effects need MAJOR work. Historically, that is a bad omen in the Universal universe.

But the rumor is the entire San Francisco area will be replaced.

Right now, they are knocking them out of the park. Hogsmeade, Springfield, and Diagon Alley are fantastic. Kong will be impressive. As will the new water park. So I'll give UC the benefit of the doubt for now.

As long as it isn't Harry Potter, part 3. As fun as Diagon Alley is, part of me misses Amity...

meme -
  1. an element of a culture or system of behavior that may be considered to be passed from one individual to another by nongenetic means, especially imitation.
    • a humorous image, video, piece of text, etc. that is copied (often with slight variations) and spread rapidly by Internet users.
Thank you for getting us, really old people,. to understand what is going on, in the internet world. Or maybe I should speak for myself.. I've been under a rock for a very long time...

Well, because of Furious 7's spectacular success, a F$F attraction is being fast tracked at USF and is to replace Disaster! Which is a pseudo-classic attraction, in that it uses Earthquake's ride system. And Earthquake was an opening day attraction. They also just announced Furious 8.

And they were pretty quick at getting the Minions in the parks.

But I think the major point is that Disney has been obvious and pandering with Frozen.

I often wonder if that was a Mickey head on that fan if it would get as much hate.

Olaf on a stick was social media campaign. And if you were to search its hashtag at the time, quite a successful one.

Many act like it had its own billboard on I4 calling it a new attraction at WDW.

ETA: Frozen Summer Fun as a whole had a billboard. No sticks were used in its design, though. ;)

No stick in my pic that I took at Walmart, either.

There it is. Whenever you run out of ideas, just insult the person you disagree with instead of debating the merits of an argument.
Oh, I haven't run out of thoughts on the subject. I just find your undying, unwavering, and I believe illogical support for the corporation frustrating when trying to have an intellectual conversation with you. It's like arguing with a conservative.

Too funny. When I typed my previous post I almost commented that I bet your community organizer friends taught you the ad hominem technique. I'm sure you don't debate conservatives honestly either. Probably label them racist sexist bigot homophobes who love dirty air and dirty water almost as much as they hate poor people and that's the end of it. When you can't win in the arena of ideas, abandon that arena and move on to mudslinging.

Amirite? Did I nail it?

Haha. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

And you insult 50% of the population at the same time. Brilliant!

Well, I won't apologise for being frustrated when trying to explain to a specific group, that i won't call out, that Hurricane Sandy and Snowmaggedon weren't caused by the homosexuals.

Whoa whoa, mental illness is usually discussed in a Spirit thread. And someone who thinks that certainly suffers from it according to my diagnosis.

Being a member of the opposing political leaning of yours, I'd like to stand up and say we aren't all that crazy.

But much like in the WDW fan community, the vocal minority on most issues is what is heard loudest.
