The part that says 'high price, small scale, isolated location', i.e. the very definition of exclusive.

I'm sorry if certain hard truths are difficult to accept, and we all prefer our Disney as a rose-coloured fairy-tale fantasy world, but DLP operates in one of Europe's most difficult, aggressive metropoles, and it needs to bear this in mind.
