You would be surprised on how popular the shows are.
The beauty of Archie (in my opinion) is it doesn’t really follow a set storyline and every installment is different, meaning we could create our own adventures and theme them to the characters and it would fit alright.
I understand where you're coming from, but I think the Archie isn't fit for big, thrilling rides.

Although Afterlife With Archie would be a good IP for HHN.

Allow me to expand upon my ideas from earlier:

Newgrounds City
get.php

  • The statues of comic strip characters would be replaced with statues of Newgrounds icons.
  • The Toon Lagoon stage would be replaced with a nightclub similar to Videopolis (I have never seen that stage used and Newgrounds is edgy enough for a club.)
  • Re-theme the Comic Strip Cafe to "Pico's Cafeteria" same menu, but now meant to look like a school cafeteria.
  • Gift Shops now sell Newgrounds related merch.
  • Blondie's would be re-themd to "The Gallery" again, same menu, but now you sit near top pieces from the Art Portal.
  • Wimpy's would become a bar of some sort, don't know the theme.
  • Ripsaw Falls would be gutted and become a roller coaster based on Tankmen, with the only thing really remaining is the final drop.
  • Bilge-Rat Barges will be demolished.
  • Half of the space will become "Alien Hominid Encounter" where the first half is a dark ride through the city, but halfway through you get out of the vehicle and go into basically Alien Encounter but with Alien Hominid.
  • The other half of the space will become "Madness: Escape from Nevada" a fast-paced shooting ride themed to Madness Combat.
  • And finally, a Dad n' Me themed playground.

Addition or Revamp to Crescent Lake Area/Boardwalk

I think @spacemt354 put it best in his suggestion for this day's project! So, I'll just quote that instead of rewriting it lol

Something that is rarely ever a challenge is in the Crescent Lake area of WDW. With the Skyliner addition there might be a bit more traffic to the area. A Boardwalk challenge could be interesting. Either a revamp of Atlantic Dance/JellyRolls or expansion

Passing this in the resort lobby always gave me an inkling that it could have been something more - a mini-amusement park resort of sorts.

Personally, I think the Boardwalk area could be expanded to serve as a new version of Pleasure Island by adding some more unique clubs/bars. I could see a Gangster themed Speak Easy being good. Make it like a 1920s Jersey version of the Adventurer's Club.

Perhaps also have a kids area that is meant to serve as almost daycare, but done with Disney style for kids while their parents are in the clubs. Something exciting enough that kids will want to hang out there rather than feeling stuck while their parents drink. Maybe have it as a mix of Disney IP and classic boardwalk attractions (simple ones like carousels) and games and themed activities. Sorta like Pixar Pier but not terrible

What if you turned Atlantic Dance hall into a dinner/club experience along the lines of spirit of aloha and hoop de doo and use your 20s theming as a jumping off point for the show, style, etc? Something reminiscent of club scenes you see in a lot of old films?

Disney loves IPs, the one movie they have with a beach setting is Lilo and stitch.

Why not make it into a thematically appropriate, but still stitch filled mini land.
Thematically appropriate to keep the issues that pixar pier has to not happen here.

Chili's
Bit of a throwback but I remember a couple years ago scaling out the Coney Island Cyclone and it fit near ESPN and the International Gateway. It'd be a similar style wooden boardwalk coaster with some spare room for boardwalk games/attractions.

Might have some near views from the Skyliner as well! It'd all be paid admission akin to the New York New York coaster in Vegas, more opportunity for Disney to rack in those $$

Retheme of Rockin Rollercoaster

Aerosmith is great and probably about the exact perfect mix of pop, rock, and popularity for an attraction like Rockin Rollercoaster. But Aerosmith's popularity has started to fade over the years. Rumors of a new theme being required by Aerosmith at a certain point has circled too. The ride never fully fit into the park. Plus, it's a non Disney IP which means constant licensing fees.

For all these reasons and more, Rockin Rollercoaster is perfect for a retheme. Do we keep it similar and just change the band or make a fictional band? Do we go all out to make it new? Do we tie it more to Sunset Boulevard instead of being off by itself in it's ow courtyard?

@FireMountain I believe this was your suggestion for a day's project. Any thoughts?

I’m still grieving the loss of DCA’s TOT to GOTG, so to protect WDW’s TOT I propose RnRC becomes:

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Featuring the Guardians of the Galaxy

Randomized songs appear from Star Lord’s Awesome Mixes, and train cars blast off into a Marvel Cosmic outer space acid trip.

Of course this means saving Epcot from GOTG replacing Energy as well. A double win!

As much I am sure the new GotG coaster in Epcot would be amazing, the property feels like such a perfect fit for an updated version of RockinRollercoaster. Would have loved that!

What about Hawaiian Rock 'n' Rollercoaster - a Lilo & Stitch themed ride, blasting down the track to the tunes of The King!

A strong idea! Keep the fun upbeat rock music theme, but tied to a more timeless artist and a more timeless IP. Would be pretty great!
