View attachment 179975 Ever since the tragic nuclear war broke out destroying most of Earth, the Walt Disney Company, or what was left of it, in an attempt to not only re-contruct the company, but also bring the world back together. This traveling exhibition with comprehensive safety measures is themed to a traveling caravan of Friendship, with your favorite disney characters. A map is below.View attachment 179976 This are is created by one enor-mouse (;-)) tent, surrounded by smaller transport pods (blue), themed as tents. These bordering pods are used to house cast members, and hold supplies. The two large pods (orange-brown) are security headquarters. At all times, extensive security personell are monitoring live radar and security footage. And possible threat will result in all guests being moved into underground bunkers, where guests can watch an assortment of classic Disney films in soundproof pods. This traveling exhibit will only be set up in places with thoroughly inspected bunker systems. All guests will enter through one of the three entry tents (pink).View attachment 179977 Here guests will have all belongings run through x-ray machinery, as they are scanned themselves using thorough, mandatory security. Guests will then enter the plaza of the Friendship Faire, where guests can purchase, or redeem vouchers for their visit. Pricing will be based on regional financial stability.
Guests will enter through an area of manned tapstiles before entering the grand plaza. The upper canopy has projections of a clear, smoke and pollution free sky. Occasionally, guests can expect to see characters whizzing through the skies. In the center, a magnificent fountain with a large globe is in the center. Fountains dance periodically to favorite tunes. This fountain at night is host to the nightime spectacular "Illunity" where magnificent lasers swoop over the canopy, as colored fountains jump and projected stars dance. Drones and fireworks while desirable could not be used for security purposes, as well as the large stem of PTSD that plagues visitors. Two essential mart will be found (purple) where guests will receive survival supplies. Additionally, three restaurants (light green) are found with complimentary food, so as to satisfy the needs of The survivors. Lastly, a small memorial (dark blue) for those who passed in the conflict, so guests can pay their respects. All members who visit the memorial will receive a white carnation and white ribbon, in honor. Three attractions and one show awaits guests. View attachment 179978 The Royal Theater is home to Mickey's Royal Reception, as top Disney Princesses sing and dance with Mickey and the gang as they talk about their dreams and how they worked hard to get there. Highlights include Tiana's "almost there" and Amelia's "Working my way up". A new song "Together we Stand" ends the grand show. The theater is set up using a portable stage and bleachers.
View attachment 179979 The Carousel of Cultures is a new twist on a Disney classic. Each ring will features different animals and mythological creatures from a variation of cultures. Not to worry, because the outer ring contains traditional carousel horses. This attraction is transported using a folding turntable, similar to the systems used to transport carousel's way back in 2016 for county fairs.
View attachment 179980 Dance of the Hours is a new, portable, trackless attraction. Guests will board marble carriages as the carts dance around marble statues, fountains, and topiaries, all while dancing with other vehicles. This is similar to Aquatopia at the once existant Tokyo Disney Sea, just without water. This attraction uses a portable platform, that the trackless technology automatically adapts to.
View attachment 179981 The final ride is called "Disney Adventures" in which guests will get to make their own adventures. After boarding trackless carts, guests will enter the main hall, where an AA Merlin greets guests. Using 3D- Effects, Merlin zaps guests through a portal. Guests travel through a magical corridor where guests will briefly choose their initial destination then guests will enter a grand chaber where their choice is projection mapped. Guests are then ushered by a character from that realm into one of four motion base chambers, where flight to the next chosen destination occurs. Here, guests wind through a labrynith before being ushered into a second set of motion base corridors, which return them to the magic kingdom. You learn of Maleficent's plan to conquer the kingdom. You rush through the corridors to stop her, before crahung into her, causing her to fall backwards out of a window. All of the heroes you encountered wave goodbye as youreturn to Unload.
Overall, Disney Friendship Faire should bring joy to the world in such a tough time.
The Miracle Fleet Contingency Plan
--2550 A.D.--
The earth, desolated and bleak, windswept by radioactive drifts from rampant nuclear attacks in the Final War, seems hopeless for survival. Most of the earth's population has left aboard fleets of starships to the Atlas Star System - to planets such as Xanadu and Lazarus. Any survivors on the planet have gotten by in isolated patches of radiation free territory, but have little food remaining. Farming is obsolete, as the poisonous soil has desecrated any chance of growing food. Skyscrapers have fallen, cities toppled, the atmosphere is thick with nitrogen and other carbon emissions, making the air poisonous to the lungs and prolonged exposure leading to radiation sickness. Governments have been silenced. There is no more currency on earth. No banks, no city halls, no sports, no boundaries, no land....and seemingly...no hope.
Or so we think...
There was a fallout contingency plan, put in place decades before the Final War to end all wars and sent the earth into a nuclear winter, which began with scientists at The Land Pavilion in Epcot.
In 2450, as NASA and Disney were ready to launch the Disney Nebula space cruise ship program, scientists at The Land Pavilion needed to uncover a way to grow crops and food on barren planets. In the initial space excursions, astronauts didn't know whether they would have to spend time on planets without the ability to grow food or crops. Once they discovered a way to aerodynamically grow crops using a new chemical element on the periodic table (Demerium) they uncovered a breakthrough that would allow for humans to inhabit, once uninhabitable planets. These discoveries, along with the discoveries outlined in Project 1 of our journey....set the stage for what was to come.
As the governments of the world began to threaten nuclear war, Disney and new global engineering company Jetstar, worked in joint to not only get people off the planet using the Disney Nebula cruise liners, but to also use the new agrarian methods to jump-start a contingency plan in the event of a nuclear war.
The joint effort would involve building movable facilities that would give the people who remain on earth - a fighting chance at survival. These vessels would be decked with all of life's essentials. Shelter, food, water, clothes, communications with other galactic entities, survival gear, and more. These vessels were built in secret from the public and stored all over the world - as a safeguard against the worst case scenarios. The vessels were each called Miracle and numbered One, Two, Three, etc for identification purposes.
A few years later - nuclear war unleashes its fury and the world is changed forever. With the earth vulnerable, hostile invaders from the planet Prioni 302, could potential invade the planet for a take-over attempt. With these thoughts in mind - the final piece to the puzzle of the vessels (adding immense security protocols) was established. After the war had ended, the Miracle fleet began its journey towards restoring hope.
The Miracle Fleet
Amid the ash filled radioactive winter, the Miracle Fleet is launched out of their secluded locations around the world, and set sail all over the world to help those struggling to survive in the harsh climate. Rising from the depths of the Atlantic Ocean, to the mountains of the Himalayas, these massive flying vessels are equipped with frequency detectors so as they scan areas of the planet, they can detect where survivors are, even in isolated or underground locations.
Due to the extreme conditions of the planet, and the potentially hostile invasions of other galactic entities, the Miracle fleet is designed with carbonite reinforced exterior walls - sonic bullet proofing the entire vessel. The 10 foot thick walls are impenetrable along with a shield that protects vessel from incoming firepower and in evasive maneuvers.
Miracle Vessel Exterior Design and Security
In addition - if anything penetrates the ship's exterior, an entire fleet of the United States armed forces, dubbed in secrecy to the Miracle Fleet fallout mission - will be on board the ship.
Miracle Vessel Interior DesignDivided into segments - once survivors board the secure vessel - they will be taken off the planet and to the Moon Base of Yensid.
At the Moon Base of Yensid, they can travel to a variety of areas and live a new life, saved from destruction, and awaiting the future.
The central control of the Miracle One.
Command Center
It is here where the vessel is piloted and navigated to different sectors of the earth in order to pick up survivors. The command crew includes all of the navigational, engineering, and security staff that keep the vessel operational. These members have a separate crew bunking quarter next to the command center.
Once on board - each vessel is equipped with several living quarters and hospitality amenities. The Land scientists in conjunction with Sea Base Alpha scientists developed a water purification system that recycles water throughout the vessel that may contain radiation, and continue that process even in zero gravity. Therefore, when the Miracle One has picked up its survivors and heads off the planet, all of the amenities of earth will remain in tact.
Survivor Quarters
The living quarters can sleep up to 5 per space.
Adjacent to the living quarters is the Food Court and other life essentials.
Food and Essentials
It is here where 3 daily meals per day are grown and processed on the ship and served to the survivors as well as the crew.
Daily meals include processed vegetable soups and salads, as well as non-perishable foods, organically processed meats and dairy, and more. On the Yensid Moon Base, the allied planet of Xanadu will ship in various delectable(s) from their home country in an effort to aid the people of earth in their time of need. The choice of food will be much better on the Yensid Base itself.
An eclectic variety of new-age exercise equipment is available for all aboard the vessel to use including...
Exercise Quarter
For use in flight and while assembling the survivors. Featuring a movie theater replying some Disney films from the past 100 years, as well as a built virtual reality room equipped with laser tag, hologram arcade games, and a plethora of ways for survivors to forget the harsh realities and escape, even just for a little while.
Entertainment Quarter
A state of the art facility located in the back of the vessel, that allows communication with other galactic worlds around the universe. If you have loved ones in other areas of the galaxy, or are looking for survivors in the vicinity of the Miracle One - you can track their position and stay in touch with them throughout the process.
Communications Quarter
--Outcomes for the Miracle Fleet Survivors--After boarding the Miracle fleet and leaving earth, the survivors can land at the Disney operated moon base of Yensid. The base, originally an outer space resort - has remained an intergalactic resort, but has also developed into a mining colony.
Ending One: Yensid Moon Base Landing
A mining colony searching forkyber crystalsI mean lunar colbalt minerals in order to build the moon into a protective device for earth and any potential hostile takeover attempts. Using the moon as a super-weapon, (sounds reasonable after nuclear war) - this will act as a deterrent from potential invasions, particularly from Prioni 302.
Survivors can be dropped off at the moon base - in order to meet with loved ones and decide their next step, to either stay or find a new home in the universe from a variety of allied planets with earth who would be willing to allow immigration to their planets.
Ending Two: Engagement with HostilesAnother potential outcome for the survivors is the hostile invasion occurs en route and in construction of the lunar device. This is not one of the more popular outcomes, but is a realistic situation and should be accounted for. In this situation, the best option may be to blast into hyperspace and leave earth completely for the start of a new life on the other side of the galaxy.
Ending Three: Restoration of EarthThe most positive of outcomes, the Miracle Fleet saves enough civilians of earth that the survivors, along with other allied planets and funds, decide to rebuild earth after the nuclear radiation subsides.
In all three scenarios, but more emphatically in the final scenario, the Miracle Fleet designed by Disney truly helped save humanity from extinction and help build hope towards a great big beautiful tomorrow...
Sorry, I didnt have much time, plus I will be packed tommorow. The VAPE acronym was a happy accident. Really wish I could have put more time into this. Good luck to all other competitors.I present
Pontus: The Sea Planet
View attachment 181925
Disney has been wanting to catch up on the latest craze, planet tourism, and Pontus is their answer. It will truly be not only the most accessible experience, but also the most magical. In addition, the olanet has two moons: Lasina and Inventum, the former of which has a high power laser base, that shines magnificanet lasers through the sky, creating a magnificent illusion at night of magical streaks. During shows, lasers will be synced with occurences on the planet. The planet is found
In the Gliese 436 star system approximately 33 lightyears away from our own. The planet is in the Goldilocks Zone with water found, suitable for human use. The air would not be suitable for humans in 2016, however, the AAA's or "Air Adaptability Apparatuses" embedded in the human lungs at birth starting in 2200, which uses molecular conversion to take any air and make it suitable for breathing. Very few real islands are found in this planet's surface, which is made up of 99.4% water, and since those present (green) are inhabited by hostile wildlife, Disney constructed their own artificial islands (purple) to service guests and cast members.
View attachment 181927 Above are the islands and their names. On Obseva is a nature outpost, where extraterrestrial researchers are studying all wildlife and organisms. Every Tuesday, guests can visit in designated observation decks. Centra is where all land based excursions will take place, and Telarum will host all aquatic excursions.
View attachment 181926 Bow and Port Islands are both islands with matinence equipment. Meanwhile, Adventura Island will be the main transportation dock on Pontus. Ships of any size will be able to land on any one of our 136 landing pads. Transport shuttles that utilize Vertical Air Propulsion Emitters or "VAPEs" will take guests from Adventura to the main three islands: Mystica, Mythica, and Dreamier (dr-ee-mee-ay), which are shaped like the iconic sillouette of Mickey Mouse. View attachment 181928On Mythica, all transport VAPEs from Adventura arrive and dock. Guests will then go through the Welcome plaza to the destination of their choice. Most will initially go to Mystica, where all guest accomadations await, along with smaller beaches, that use magnetic forcefields to repel harmful wildlife. On Dreamier, guests can visit Disney Kingdom, a near replica of Disneyland in Anaheim, or visit the village. Here, colorful CMs greet guests, as they wind through a magical marketplace od shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities. Lastly, guests can visit Excursion Central where Boats and VAPEs will take guests on island excursions. Lastly at the bottom in grey is the Cast Member Village. Here, all working Cms reside with their own stores for groceries and necesities.
Overall, Pontus will be the space destination for decades to come.
Similarly, sorry I couldn't do more. I knew I was going to have a loaded plate the second half of December, and while it was on my to-do list for this week, it kept getting pushed because of other things I couldn't control. Good luck to the rest of the finalists.Sorry, I didnt have much time, plus I will be packed tommorow. The VAPE acronym was a happy accident. Really wish I could have put more time into this. Good luck to all other competitors.
I am very sorry to hear. I would love to still hear what you had planned if you could.Hi everyone. So, I was putting the final touches on my project in Word and was just about to transfer it to the forums when my computer basically died on me. I tried plugging it in and restarting it, but my project was completely gone (no idea why, I saved it multiple times ). Unfortunately, I have to head out to a party so it looks like I'm not going to be able to submit anything.
I'm incredibly frustrated right now.
GRAND FINALE
The Planetary Conflict
"Doesn't Think the Way We Think."
Year: 3016
Welcome Imagineers @spacemt354, @tcool123, @RMichael21, @FigmentPigments and @Magic Feather to the Grand Finale of Eisner's Game!
Disney has recently purchased an entire planet, and they have decided to take on the most innovate project known to mankind. They planned to construct a themed civilization - PROJECT: LIVING PARK in which humans and other alien life can live and prosper.
Your outstanding success in Battle School has allowed for you to compete in this final round for all of the marbles. You will work ALONE.
Some Rules:
1. Should you choose to use IPs in your project, your planet must be 75% or more IPs from pre-2016 (remakes of films from 2016 prior would count in that 75%).
2. Your planet should be primarily based on tourism as its main service. However, you should also keep in mind what people need so they can prosper. (what facilities make a civilization?)
3. You may not biologically engineer HUMANS OR ALIENS so they have magical powers. No magic. Just technology.
Possible Ideas for what to turn in:
1. General Map of Planet
2. Description of Government
3. Description of Theming of Planet
4. Map of Capital
5. Why your planet will draw tourists
Example Idea (it's difficult, I know, so here's an example using a non-Disney IP)
In this planet, people can live in communities where Pokemon exist, and the iconic world and government structure replicate that of the game. If you live here, you can work to become the very best and become the champion of your region (aka country). Positions of power are determined by who is the strongest. Tourists can come and visit the Pokemon safari to catch Pokemon and the Battle Royal plaza.
GOOD LUCK CONTESTANTS
THIS IS DUE DEC 31ST AT 11:59 PM
The idea of a living park is one that has been near and dear to Disney for a long time, and although many efforts were put forth to achieve this idea, it never really came to fruition. But now in 3016, Disney has purchased a whole planet to make the dream a reality. This place is not only a full Disney park experience, but a place where people can live and work together. Not only are there rides, but also some of the same excursion reminiscent of Adventures By Disney. There is something for everyone here and for those that choose to live on D23, it is a complete society, lacking nothing in the way of comfort and entertainment. This is Disney's chance to get it right.
