I hope!Question: this seems more like an advertising campaign than a year long promotion. Couldn't it simply be the former?
imagination
I'm fairly certain LTM is worse than anything they can spit at us next year.
But this seems so troll-y, don't you guys think so?
Edit. But for the record, I kinda like the idea....a lot. Get kids to think out of the store bought princess box and into DIY. It's a current trend lately.... And pretty interesting. Uses imagination, and in today's electronic driven world.... That's never a bad thing.
Not even sure what "Disneybounding" is.
"Show us your Disney side!"
No.
Those are cute! I'd have done that, years ago.Check out this tumblr to see the types of outfits they are talking about.

The pages go in "themes", which today is Princes, so I would go thru several pages to get an idea of what the variety and cleverness of outfits can really be. For instance, I love the "matching but not" outfits for two girls who want to disneybound as Flotsam and Jetsam.
So basically...theyre sending me to third parties to dress up in a homage to my favorite Disney character? As opposed to selling me merch that I may actually buy to make them money?I think the adds are cute and take advantage of something happening already. My sister (in her early 20s) told me about Disneybounding just the other day for the first time. I think it's cute to "dress up" like a Disney character using everyday clothes to represent them.

i'm suprised that site in not shutdown for trademark infringement... unless Disney has some involvement in said site.So basically...theyre sending me to third parties to dress up in a homage to my favorite Disney character? As opposed to selling me merch that I may actually buy to make them money?
Remember when that girl and her boyfriend were kicked out of DAK because she dressed up at Tinker Bell?
