So, they were supposed to go on sale, but didn't. The party is no longer on the Special Events page:

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wd...ing/index?id=CalendarSpecialEventsListingPage

And the party's attraction page has gone missing:

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wd...iratesandPrincessPartySpecialEventNextGenPage

Anyone hearing any rumblings?

Edited to add: the UK site still has the party on the Events page, and still has the Party page. Google's cache copy of the main Events page from November 4th had mention of it, as well.

Edited again: google re-cached the Special Events page, erasing the evidence. Coincidence, or conspiracy? You decide!

It looks as though, at least today, the Parties are kaput. In yesterday's calendar upheval, all the 7PM MK closes that were expected to be Parties got moved to at least 8PM, with Wishes returning on most if not all of those dates.

Semi-related: President's Week hours got cut way back.

I kind of thought that might happnen. The party dates disappeared completely off of the Allears site, and as you mentioned, off of the events page on disneyworld.com. We went to our first P & P party last year and really enjoyed it. We were hoping to go again next April. Oh, well. :(

I am very disappointed. I love great fireworks productions and the fireworks during the MP&PP were the driving force behind my planned solo trip to WDW next spring. Now, I am not so sure that I will even go. :(
