Seems simple to me that if it is true that they have the book rights and not the movie rights, that there will be no potter attarction at all. How do you make an attraction with book rights when you need the movie rights. Really makes no sense. Come on guys.

Fievel, I can assure you that my sources are 100% real. Jon has shown me documentation that he is an Imagineer. Now, I'm not saying he could be totally wrong about everything and is just trying to pull my leg... but what good would come from that for him? There's always an angle... Jon has no "angle." He's not gaining anything by telling me this stuff.
I just post what I'm told.
And the funny thing is, Harry Potter is the one thing I heard about before Jon. Get this... I heard it in Epcot. So now, like over a year later, I meet Jon and everything. Anyway, he gets promoted for his work on the Pal Mickey Project, and he gets to go out to Glendale. So, while he's in Glendale, I tell him that there are walls going up around Global Neighborhood. He doesn't know what the heck is going on, becuase he has to sign off on new projects. So, he asks his superior what happened, and he got a reply that 2 people in WDI were let go, and that Jon should have been updated sooner, but had missed the last meeting. And Jon's Superior went on to talk about all future WDI projects currently in the works. And Harry Potter was on that list. So, that's what makes me think there is some realness to this. It's not just mumbo jumbo rumors and such. The fact that Jon was told that, and didn't even ask about it or know about it before he heard that tells me that something is up behind closed doors somewhere in WDI. And the newer 20k post only confirms the rumor even more. There's just way too much going for this rumor not to have some truth to it. Sure, it may NOT be going into 20k, WDI changes locations all the time. But as of what I last heard, 20k is the most likely spot for HP, that is, after the lagoon is reclaimed and the pathway is built. The character greeting area would also be built on this same path way... the land chunk there is huge. Plenty of room for ANYTHING. So, sure, I have my doubts just as you do, but since I'm me, I don't need to doubt myself. You have to doubt me, as you are someone else, and I'm not just talking to you, I'm talking to everyone. Anything here needs to be doubted. It's the way of the forums, we all believe what we want to based on what we feel is most logical and based on other users track records. Like you said Fievel, I don't have a track record yet, but this is something I believe strongly in as true, and I'm sticking to my story. You guys don't have to believe it. I'm just putting it out here for discussion/confirmation. And there's no harm in that, that's what we're here for.

Seriously, Lee even posted an old article about the Univesal Head talking about Disney having Harry Potter all wrapped up. Of course Disney and WB completely denied the whole thing. But still, it's somewhere that's not me. And now we have another member here posting about it. Plus Jon's Superior. So that's 4 sources.

Lee said that disney had potter wrapped up. He didn't say that they were going to build a theme park ride. I think that if the paperwork was done for theme park rights, somebody somewhere would pick up on that.
Right now, it's not going to be big enough in 10 years to justify spending millions on it.
Get Jon on here...let him go through the questions we've been asking that you can't answer. There are too many holes in your stories Bill, and we're becoming more skeptical day by day. It seems more and more to me like you just want to be right on this.
I'm gonna laugh so hard at you when they don't build a ride there.

What's so special about you that this guy wants to jepordize his job to tell you, especially when disney and wb have denied the fact which means they want it hush hush for the time. And if he has to sign off on a project to make it happen, then why are you always wrong.

In other words, you can make claims that never happen, but we can't "prove" those plans weren't in the works so you will never be "wrong". And you certainly have a record in here with these people who all say you have never been right which really isn't any different than being wrong.

These "people" know me and treat me this way becuase I was suspended over a year ago for having more then one account and used them to vote the wallpaper contest.
Has nothing to do with rumors. You seem to be very snippy right now. I suggest you don't believe everything you hear, and just try to get along with me. There's a time to drop it, and I think Now Is The Time... Now is the Best Time...
