Every time I get a free chance to look at trip reports, there is a new one of my favorites! I have to spend more trip report reading time lol. That Jambalaya looks like what I make. I use Emeril’s Mardi Gras Jambalaya recipe. My husband loves it. Can’t wait to read about the adventures and upcoming plans.

Actually I do know! I had a bad night of drinking in my early 20's where I had to many Girl Scout Cookie shots and lets just say my next day was spent in the worship of the porcelain god! Needless to say I have never touched the stuff again.
